First workout with FB for a while; hopefully the start of actually finishing a program...

Hi there! I've suffered from depression, as well as anxiety, an eating disorder and body dysmorphia (it's taken me a while to really accept that body dysmorphia isn't just for skinny minis who think they're fat when they're not...yes, I do have stretchmarks, but they shouldn't be preventing me from doing the things I enjoy or preventing me from working/socialising etc.).

So whilst I still suffer from all of these things, and I'm still going to get cosmetic surgery, I know that other health concerns can only be overcome by exercising. And whilst I used to be 18st+ I'm still only around 13st now and my love of walking used to be legit. I'd like to start walking again.

But for now, I did a recovery workout via YouTube and I feel really really good and Kelly's advice was really helpful. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to work but I hope I can at least be healthy. :)
