FB Abs Round 2 Day 16 Check-in

Hiya!

Went for an early morning walk with my son on his bike this morning before breakfast. Then completed No Equipment Upper Body & Cardio Kickboxing Workout alittle later, really liked this routine :). Think I will add some more stretching this evening too.

I've been working out with Fitness blender for a while but this is the first programme I've brought. Will be purchasing more when this is completed, loved this one :).
