Non-scale victory

I did this workout today, one of my favorites:

And for the first time ever, I lifted 30lb per hand on the overhead press! I made some gnarly faces during reps 4-6, but I kept my form and did not die! Huzzah! I’m going to make my husband call me “The Gun Show” today.
