Daily Check-in: Friday, June 8th

Hello Blenders!

How are you all doing today?

I'm feeling yesterday's workout in my lower body; so I might try to do this upper body workout today:

And try to fit in some more active yoga. I usually do a restorative style yoga, so I think trying something more challenging would be a good idea.

What do you guys have planned for the day? Working out, or a rest day?

And since it's Friday (or Saturday for some of you lucky ducks!), do you have any fun weekend plans that you're looking forward to?

I'm going to be getting more stuff done around the house. Gardening, playing with dogs and baby chickens, building fence, cleaning, etc. All the fun stuff! Lol

So for dinner last night we had a really awesome crab salad. It was something we haven't made before, but it turned out really good! It was lump crab meat, orzo pasta, yellow and red peppers, onion, garlic, grated carrot, celery, lemon, fresh dill, and salt and pepper. Fairly simple, but delicious!
