7818 Had a hard time with Pilates

Hello Fb fam,

I did my workout first before making this post. Sorry if this will sound like a rant or some whining.

I realized, I am the person who says "oohh, I love some toning routine" and then just this morning I did my last exercise for the week which is Pilates and I was tapping most of the time especially with those leg raises! Immediately while doing the exercise I said to myself that "I hate this".

I felt like I got myself served. And to me, I'd rather do any HIIT routine but not the Pilates. I realized that all along I am not maximizing my workouts because: 1) I am not fully aware of my form (cue in: mirror to the rescue) 2) Keeping abdominal muscle tight.

Yes, I hear K&D telling try to keep the abs tight but I am just not doing it at all. I just realized that keeping the abs tight is never an easy thing to do without forgetting to breathe.

Which gives me a frustration. 10 out of 12 scheduled workouts are nothing because I am not doing it right. What a shame.
