Workout felt difficult- Strange leg sensations

Hi everyone!

I am doing strong for the second time, yesterday i was feeling a bit tired in general but pushed myself to do my workout, but i actually didn't feel great whilst doing it, i was feeling a lot more weak and couldn't lift as heavy as usual and felt really tired and the sweat was pouring! It was all unusual So i actually cut it by 10 mins and cooled down. Afterwards i felt a bit nauseous, but the weirdest thing is that since, i have had a strange kind of bubbling/air bubble sensation in my inner calf, especially when i am sitting down or in bed! I wonder if anyone else has had this or has any idea why this could be? I thought maybe i have a low level illness so my body is just tired trying to fight something off. Its the stretch/active recovery day today and i might do a short yoga session, hopefully this will help!
