I have a 1000 kcal workout scheduled for tomorrow ( the one with attempt at your own risk .. can’t seem to upload a screen shot) . It is an only body weight routine and I am really craving some strength training ! Lot of cardio this week in fb fit .. soooo.. anyone who has done the latest 1000 kcal workout and can compare the 2 ? Difficulty wise ? Actual calorie expenditure wise ??
