Workouts that feel right

Hey,

I haven't done a proper workout for two weeks (I've done stretching and some dancing, but nothing like strength training etc) and it's mostly because of illness. Today I felt like I needed to do something and that I had the energy to do it. However, I wasn't up to strength or HIIT (I'd had a big day and I was still recovering from an illness, with also little time) so I decided to just fit in a 10 minute pilates lower body workout, and then a full body yoga pilates workout (14 min) and it felt ssooo good. Just what I needed. My job is hospitality, so I'm on my feet all day... I know solid workouts have their place, but today I learnt to listen to your body and do what feels best for you and what your body needs, rather than what would look good on your calendar.
