A 3/5, you say?

This is NOT a 3/5, my good sir! No sir! If it were 3/5 it would have either one legged squats OR Bulgarian split squats but NOT BOTH. I did this on Tuesday morning and I had to take a break towards the end so I didn’t barf, and today my glutes and quads and calves are so, so sore.

Of course, it’s going on my favorites list. But I take umbrage — umbrage, I say! — at the very NOTION that this workout is a 3. Do any of y’all have any favorite workouts that you think are harder than advertised?
