Frustrated/stressed

Hi everyone, so I need some advice or something. I started working out since the beginning of the year in the beginning I kinda lagged it with clean it I was working out doing the body weight program I went through the program round 1 one time and round 2 twice in my second time I started a meal plan that fitness blender offers. I was doing the 1600 calories a day. 2 months ago I went to the doctor for a normal check up I weighed 175 and im 22 years old. Now I started the fitness blender sweat program and still eating healthy I went to the doctor again she said my cholesterol is to high also they weighed me again and I was still 175 I have no idea what im doing wrong why im not loosing weight, I personally feel like I see no difference in my body so I have no idea what Ive be doing wrong help me!!!
