Stressed!

Today has been tough. I’ve had a super busy day at work, and I’m having major family issues at the moment. I’ve been stressed to the max and not eaten all day due to this. I came home, had a rant to my grandma on the phone and got off my booty and did an hours strength workout. Boy do I feel good after that. It’s not just about weight loss/muscle gain...APPEARANCE - It’s about your mental state and how amazing these workouts make you feel. I have so much to thank Kelli and Daniel for! And don’t think you guys get away without a THANK YOU. You’re all amazing and keep me (and others I’m sure) in high spirits no matter how we are all feeling
