The stretching, pilates and yoga blend really helped with my soreness from yesterday's FBBooty routine and even my knee. I felt an overall calmness after as well. I think I am going to either purchase FBREACH and add it to my routines or just go through the library and add them individually...Didn't know how much I would like this type of routine.
