FB Abs Round 2 :)

Hiya!

Day 12 Core Focus Workout Complete :)

I've been trying to cut out dairy and eggs slowly, but feel I can end up eating abit too much nuts and peanut butter portion wise.

Today's meals were;

Lemon acv & coffee before workout

Breakfast - Over-night oats (blueberry, no sugar soya yoghurt, tbsp flax & tsp cinnamon & water) after workout.

Lunch - 1/2 cup cooked quinoa, tofu, spinach, asparagus & roast mushroom.

Snack - 24 almonds & banana

Dinner - Home-made wholemeal rolls with 1/2 smashed avocado & crushed kidney beans. 3tbsp hummus, roast broccoli & cauliflower.

Dessert - Apple, tbsp peanut butter & 20g 70% organic dark chocolate.

4 Black coffees & green tea today. 2L water.

Not sure if this would be too much bread & nut/butter portions. Any advice would be much appreciated. Sorry for the ramble :)
