Daily Check-in: Tuesday, June 5th

Hello Blenders!

How are you all doing today?

Yesterday I ended up doing this lower body workout:

And wow, did it kick my butt! I haven't done it in a while, and I really felt it in my quads. I'm also glad I took a rest day the day before because I felt like I could really push hard during the HIIT; and I even upped my weights for the strength training! Plus, the pilates at the end really burnt out my legs. Overall, it's a great workout!

So during the pilates portion of the workout, Kelli adds in hamstring curls. Which are great, but for me, I always get cramps in my hamstring and calves. Anyone know why that might be? It seems to exclusive to hamstring curls. I don't get muscle cramps with any other exercise.

For today, I think I'll do this one:

It's one of my favorite upper body workouts.

What do you all have planned for today? Rest day or working out?

How about healthy meals today? Are there any you're really looking forward too? (I can't be the only one who looks forward to meal time lol).

Last night we had oven baked white fish with onion, lemon, and dill; roasted asparagus; and garlic mashed potatoes. And wow, did it taste good! I don't know what we'll do for dinner tonight yet, but maybe something with chicken and greens? It depends how much time I have.
