FB Strong Complete - Burn is next

Hello Blenders!

Last Friday I finished FB Strong and I´m super proud of myself, I actually finished it within the four weeks and except for the optional Saturday stretching routines I didn´t miss any workout :D

Today I started Burn 1 and I was really scared of it because it starts with HIIT and in the past that hasn´t been my strongest. But I got trough it really well which proves that FB Strong also improves your endurance despite only having very little HIIT or cardio workouts. So if any of you are still wondering whether to do Strong - do it! ;-)
