New-ish to FB/Workout Idea

Hello! First off, a big thank you to Kelli and Daniel for this awesome website! I've been working out consistently with FB for a little over three months now, but this is my first time posting in the community discussions. I used to pretty much only jog or walk for exercise but now I have discovered the amazing-ness that is strength training. And the ironic/great thing is, even though I don't run as frequently, my endurance has increased when I do go for a run (usually on Saturday mornings).

Anyway.... I mostly wanted to introduce myself and share a quick tip/idea that I've tried out the last couple work days. I have a desk job. At lunch time, I was trying to motivate myself to spend 15-20 minutes walking, but it's too hot outside (I live in Houston) and the walking in the long office hallways seemed to monotonous. So, the last couple days at work I have been finding a short FB workout video and doing that during part of my lunch hour (in my office with the door shut lol). I feel a lot less sluggish after lunch and a 10-minute FB workout packs a bigger punch than 20 minutes of walking. Anyway, just wanted to share the quick tip in case any of you who have a desk job are feeling a little too sedentary. Here are the two lunch-hour videos I've done:

If any of you have other short videos that are suitable for the lunch hour, I would welcome your ideas!
