Almost missed this monday...😯

I've been showing up most days to work out. I rarely have a problem with motivation, but since last week it's been a struggle. I get dressed to work out, then have to do some serious talking to myself to get down to the basement and "just do it!". I succeed most days. Like today. I always workout in the morning, but today it took me til late afternoon to get the job done. I'm really glad I did too.

Today's video is from my favourites list. I completed "most" of the Strong program last friday and decided to wing it this week, then start the 4-week Flex program on monday with Lower Body and Abs videos taken from my favourites to round out the month. 😊

I'll also try to post most days. Maybe that will help motivation kick in more easily, like it used to. 🤗
