Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Blenders!
How are you all doing on this fine day? I hope you had a great weekend!
SO I ended up not working out at all yesterday. Didn't even walk my dogs! I just got really tired, and said "hell with it". Ended up sitting on the couch watching the French Open, some golf, and then NBA playoffs. All while eating turkey taco salad, some Hint of Jalapeno tortilla chips (my weakness), and whole lotta watermelon. It was actually really nice. I feel a little more energetic today.
I might attempt those workouts that I had scheduled yesterday; or I might try a longer lower body strength session, along with some core work. Maybe the Squats and Deadlifts workout? I haven't decided yet.
What do you guys have planned for a workout today? Maybe a rest day?
