Seeing minor changes in my pictures since starting fb30 program. Just beginning my 4th week! I was unmotivated this morning (as I am every monday morning) but I pushed through and am now ready for the week!! Hope to continue seeing changes in my body the rest of the program. I am a little disappointed that the scale has not really changed since starting the program. Prior to the program I was seeing about a 1.5 pound drop in my weight weekly. Either I hit a plateau or perhaps I am getting some muscle weight??
