Eating well during summer?

Would like to know if any of you have trouble eating well during summer time....camping, sweets, alcohol, etc. Making it difficult to lose some weight. Been working out steadily for 3 months now using fb programs, seeing nice progress in my general fitness but scale ain't budging and clothes are even feeling more snug than before. I know my eating habits are to blame, but having real trouble clean eating and avoiding alcohol! Any thoughts or tips?
