PFT results from 2 x low impact (8 weeks)

Hi,

I finally did my PFT. It’s a million degrees today and I’m not feeling great which I’m sure made things a bit harder but decided to do it anyway and was pretty happy with the results. I was particularly happy with my plank improvement, especially because I feel like I haven’t done many static planks at all during the programme - just goes to show how good a lot of FB workouts are for working those stabilising core muscles.

Starting point:

Push ups: 16

Squats: 60

Plank (full): 31

Sit and reach: -15.5cm

4 weeks low impact old written programme (managed a little over half of the days scheduled):

Push ups: 20

Squats: 80

Plank (full): 31

Sit and reach: -13cm

4 weeks low impact current programme (managed all):

Push ups: 28

Squats: 100

Plank: 55

Sit and reach: -12cm

I think I need to start doing PFT squats with weights because it gets boring way before it gets hard. The push ups are currently half-type and will keep them there a little longer - maybe until I can get back to 50.
