Completing a half marathon - big thanks to FB and Kelli and Daniel

I’ve been working out consistently with FB for nearly two years and done various of their programmes. Sometimes I’ve found it hard to see the progress I’ve made but when I through running into the mix the last few months the difference became clear. I just completed the Edinburgh half marathon in 1hr 52, 35 mins quicker than when I all I used to do was slog away at cardio. So thanks to Kelli and Daniel for the well balanced programmes and sound fitness (and life). I truly believe finding this website has been life changing for me! And to all those just starting their FB journey, stick with it. The pain is all with it 😊
