Feeling guilty :(

I've been doing really well with my healthy eating and working out but yesterday I had a big blow-out. I was feeling down yesterday because I had to go for a blood test due to a recent health scare and am currently waiting for the results; while also getting stressed over my upcoming exams.

I had a massive roast chicken dinner and then made some home-made brownies and maybe had one too many.

I know I shouldn't but I really beat myself up over things like this, and it clearly shows where my bad eating comes from - I'm definitely a comfort eater! Hoping I can get over it and get back on track. Just feeling a bit low at the moment.
