Fit Round 2 Complete - and an endurance achievement, too!

Hi!

I've finished FB Round 2 today! It was the second time I did this programme, and I love it. I'm noticing overall improvements in my strength and endurance, especially when doing with ease the same work-out that a month before I had struggled to finish :)

Something else I wanted to celebrate is my surprising cardio endurance in running. I don't run, I only do FB cardio and HIIT work-outs. However, just yesterday I ran fast and furious (imagine sprint-like) and in about 2 minutes I covered a 500 m distance. I was pretty impressed with my body, and so was my friend who was running with me (we were late to a concert at the opera, so had to hurry lest we were forbidden entrance). We both arrived barely breathless, and a minute later we were safaly ensconced in our seats, ready for the concert :)
