I am new to this site, but have been doing a few weeks worth of exercising with some of your videos. I really enjoyed them, so I purchased FB Strong and I love it thus far (only 1 week in). But I wish I could pick my rest day as I need a little more time to heal my upper body after the core work out. Plus I have to exercise at 5:30 in the morning and like to pick a midweek day as my rest day. Gives me a break from waking up at the break dawn. In the meantime I will just rest on that day and do the exercises from the previous day. But maybe in the future that could be added?? Thanks guys!
