THIS WORKOUT IS COMPLETE! - Has Fitness Blender ever sold shirts or workout tank tops with that phrase? They should. This is the only at home program I have happily stuck with. Finished the 4 week low impact program and am now starting an 8 week program. There are days when I don't want to work out but I tell myself it is less than 40 minutes and I struggle through but when I get to the end and here K or D say those words it really does feel great. I also love the calendar and marking the day complete. Thanks Fitness Blender for such an awesome set up you have.
