Consistent May and programme complete!

I’m really happy with how May worked out. I’ve actually gotten back into working out - I find there is a real switch where I go from forcing myself to do it to actually wanting to do it (well, most days haha).

I finished the low impact programme today. I also did another older low impact programme beforehand. I kept up with most of the advanced high impact modifications but I am still freaking out about starting FB30 next week. I know I can always modify if needed but I really struggle with getting demotivated if there are lots of parts I can’t do.
