Non scale victory!!

Today I could zip up a dress I hadn't been able to wear in over 2 years!! So excited to be back into my pre-baby clothes! I've been watching videos by Daniel and Kelli about fitness myths. The things they say are so good! I've been doing way less cardio than I used to do. And I feel so strong now that I have incorporated weight lifting! I love what Kelli says "it's not about how your body looks, it's about what your body can do." After almost 7 months of working out with Daniel and Kelli my energy is so much higher and I can do so much more than even when I was busting it out in the gym for 2 hours every day. I could run on the treadmill, but I couldn't do a heavy chest press, or do 10 push-ups in a row. It's so great to actually FEEL healthy, regardless of how imperfect my body looks! Above is my before picture (17lbs ago) and here is me today in my pre baby dress!
