I was wondering if y’all have any suggestions for when you need a lighter day, but still want a good workout. I’ve been doing a lot of strength/hiit cardio etc., and today I just can’t get the motivation to do something hard like that. I’m feeling tired, but I still want to do something that’s has more exertion than stretching, if that makes sense. I was thinking maybe a Pilates, or barre workout? Thanks in advance for your input!
