I'm still here!

I haven't been posting lately but have been consistent in working out. Plus I do read posts every day, seeing how my fellow Blenders are doing. Inspiring!!

I'm on week three of the Strong program (still loving it!) and today I did the following:

WARM UP, WORKOUT & COOL DOWN — 45MIN

HIIT Cardio and Upper Body Workout - Intense Total Body Workout

I also added this one as a burnout round:

UPPER BODY — 10MIN

At Home Upper Body Workout for Toned Arms, Shoulder & Upper Back

Now I'm soaked in sweat and ready to take on the day!
