What's your favourite training type?

Hey guys!

I'm just curious to know - what it is everyone's favourite training type? Hiit? Strength? Pilates? Yoga? etc.

My favourite is pilates. :D I'm a sucker for yoga/stretching too - it makes my body feel very strong and flexible.

Of course, I understand they each have different and important values... but come on, I'm sure we all have a favourite, right? ;)
