My breakfast at the weekend is usually protein-packed as I work out in the morning on Saturday and Sunday.
Today I had coffee with goat’s milk, oatmeal sugar cookies, buckwheat crispy cakes, peanut butter and cottage cheese with date syrup. For the total of 440 calories 👍
A bit too much of peanut butter, but it will keep me full for a very long time.
