I don't know how many Fitness Blender users train for half marathons, marathons, ultras, triathlons, etc, but what are your thoughts on overtraining. There are so many times Kelli and Daniel stress on overtraining. I like to double up my workouts in which I do a workout in the morning and then in the evening. Sometimes run in the morning, then a strength workout in the evening. With this much workload, how do you guys balance everything?
I am young, 24, and know that I can get away with it for a little while because of my age. But I want to start building some habits that will allow me to gain strength/mass, while getting speedy!
