Hi everyone! I'm starting this week to cycle to work. My office is about 5 miles from my house, so about 10 miles each day. I'm not a great cyclist, so currently even just 10 miles is pretty exhausting. I am wondering - do any cyclists reduce their fitness blender workouts on the days they commute? I am prone to overtraining, so I want to make sure I reduce my workouts accordingly. Any advice/suggestions? Thanks blenders!
