October-->feb-->may side view and strength training results

Hey guys, hope everyone is well!

So for a while I haven't liked my side view, I had lost a lot of weight but I really wanted 'shape' so I thought I'd show you since February what strength training has done for me! I've kept my smaller waist but come on look at those quads!!!! I am LOVING my new shape!! I still fit into small clothes so it hasn't made me 'bulky' or 'too big' but it's given me so much more confidence and such a better appearance on the side, I am really starting to see results now and I love it! If anyone hasn't I would highly recommend the strong program, to get you started because once I had a proper structure set out for me, my body really started changing. Im really excited now to push myself and lift heavier to get more changes to my body. This is the first time since October (when I started my journey) that I can look in the mirror and smile when I see myself from the side and I can't tell you how much confidence that has given me!
