Strained a muscle

So I’ve pulled my trapezius on my right side by literally laying on the couch and moved wrong. I feel like I’ve been pulling muscles a lot lately. I hurt my clavicle a while back too. I feel like I’ve been using proper form on all my weight lifting routines. Does anyone know what kind of weight lifting exercises that can make you prone to pulling these muscles? Like is there a particular workout I should watch myself more on? Also does anyone know any good stretches I can do that will help relieve the pain? Thanks a Bunch!
