Ditching extra credit

These days (starting from last week up to now) i feel so lazy to get my butt outta bed and workout. Last week i had to skip 2 days due to travelling but i covered the main workouts by doing 2 on day and the other on stretching day. Took yesterday off. Last week was the first time i ditched extra credit challenges and the optional stretching. I was so busy with multiple project so i foucused on completing only the main workouts. This makes me feel guilty on one hand but i kinda excused myself as i got periods as well on top of it. But should i try to complete those extra credit this week? Or will it be too much?
