Daily check in -- Day 5

Trying hard not to miss any workout.

Last night, we had a family dinner. I tried to be more careful with the food I eat. I can say that I did a good job last night. I did not over indulge. Plus my favorite Quickly stand (salivated when I saw that) was just right in front of the restaurant.. I ate first to find out if I'll still crave Quickly.. and I did not :) I am proud. Hopefully, this will continue.
