Happy Sunday (or Monday depending where you are) Blenders!

I hope you're having a great weekend so far!

I grabbed this pic of my apple tree before the thunderstorms came through and knocked a lot of the blossoms off. Kind of a bummer because they were so pretty.

It's still hot and humid here. We had some pretty gnarly thunderstorms yesterday that dumped a TON of rain all at once. I'm hoping we don't have that again today!

Today I think I'm going to do this workout:

I really like all the squats and deadlifts! You can really feel it afterwords! I might add a 10 minute abs workout on to it too--I just don't know which one yet.

What do you guys have planned today? Is it a rest day? Or do you have some fun activities scheduled today?

We're planning on just a quiet weekend at home, as my little buddy is still recovering. He's doing much better though (i.e. he's acting more like his fiesty and mischievous self lol).
