Today finally I took the time to rearrange the schedules to incorporate a run on Tuesday and Thursday. I have wanted to start running again but always felt guilty for "skipping" what was already in my calendar. So now that my calendar is spaced out properly to include this. Programs will take me a bit longer to complete but now I don't feel guilty. It would be cool if we could also pre-plan and put things like this in the calendar. Today I feel like I have a fresh-er start on my fitness journey!
