Daily check ins -- Day 4

I guess it's fine if I do my day 4 today... right? It's been more than 8 hours since my last exercise. I'm just thinking to do the low impact variation if I cannot really do the routine.

I saw jump squats in my workout schedule today :D

I knew when I saw those 2 words, I'll be needing my coffee to get through this :D
