How to Deal With Cravings?


Hello FB community! I've been a long time follower of fitness blender's workouts, but no matter how hard I try I can't seem to keep off the weight that I manage to lose, and I've realized that it's because I can't ignore my cravings for sweets and junk food. How do you guys manage to ignore your cravings, and what are some good tips to help someone who can't stop themselves from going out and buying whatever snack/candy/pastry they're craving? Thank you!
