Before getting on my period

I usually start to eat a bunch of food 1 or 2 weeks before I'm getting on my period. It's frustating because for the rest of the month I try and push myself to eat as clean as i can but then I ruined everything cause of hormones, stress and sadness + Eating unhealthy food makes me more nervousa!! It influences my life a lot.

Any advice? Is it possible to deal with it?
