I did a super hard 10 minute HIIT this morning. I was afraid before, and I was so glad when it was over, but I'm sure it had a great impact on / added a big push to my endurance. It contained: seal push ups, star jumps, mountain climbers, jumping lunges and Burpees.
That made me wonder: what are your favorite and your most hated exercises? Are there some which you DID hate but now like? Let us know, im curious.
Mine are star jumps 😩🙈 and one I really like are pop squats 😊😊
I did hate jump squats and burpees and jumping junges so so much but it's not as bad as it once was. 🤔😆😆🙈
