I am a teacher who will soon be on summer break! My husband, however, is not and we usually work out when he gets home. I want to maximize my time with him, so I was wondering if I could do yoga early in the mornings and be okay to workout in the afternoons. I know you aren't supposed to do long stretches before a workout, but there will be at least 7 hours between yoga and the more intensive ones. What do you guys think? Thanks!
