I started my journey with 136 lbs in mid-Feb 2018 and now by end of May I have lost 9.5 lbs which to me seems very less when I look at other people posts. I have started eating healthy but due to the fact that I am vegetarian, I have limited options for protein. I don't know where am I going wrong? I workout regularly and my strength to lift weight has improved but only a little. I did my FB Bodyweight and about to complete FB Sweat.
