Anyone else gluten free?

Hello! I recently had a food panel done, and I tested moderately sensitive to gluten :( I've been advised to stay away from gluten, and I am wondering if any of you are in the same boat...and if you'd be willing to share what you do eat on a regular basis. I would like to develop a bank of 10-15 recipes I can rotate through! Thank you!
