What do you think?

A few months now I've been struggling with on-and-off severe bloating caused by what may be IBS. I've been trying to treat it through a proper diet, lots of fiber, probiotics and always whole wheat grains if I had any. I would like to know if you guys perhaps had any more ideas on what I can switch in my diet, what can I do from my part, before I consider any medication or otherwise. I realise we all deal with some bloating and it's natural, but this isn't such a case for me, and it's really off-putting to have a healthy diet, an enjoyable work out routine and then feel like it's a waste because of this problem..
