Good Morning Blenders!

(I hope you don't mind me sharing random photos on these daily check-ins.)

I just thought I would share this picture of my pear tree blossoming this morning. It was just so pretty, I had to stop and take some time to enjoy it.

How are you all feeling, at the beginning of this work week? Do you have any particular fitness goals you are hoping to accomplish?

I think I'm going to try to do some kind of yoga/deep stretching every day this week; whether it's only 10 minutes, or maybe I can get a full half-hour in. Flexibility has never been my strong suit, so it's something I really want to try to work on.

As for my workout today; I'm feeling the kickboxing and lower body workout yesterday, so I think it's a good day for ab work! I'm torn between these two workouts:

I'm not sure which one I'll do, because I like them both!

What workouts do you have planned to start off your week? Do you plan your workouts for the week in advance (if you're not following a program, that is)?

I usually don't because I go by how I feel each day, and by how much time I have. I kind of get an idea of what I need to work (i.e. upper body, lower body, abs) and just plan from there without any sort of prior thought lol. What works for you guys: planning ahead or not?
