To Kelli and Daniel - article request (I had an aha-moment and I feel stupid about it)

Dear Kelli and Daniel,

I know you keep saying that "some popping is normal as long as there is no pain involved" when doing stretches etc. I've always accepted this for most of my joints (because to me it actually feels nice).

But when I was doing my stretches today I felt my thoracic vertebra align, and I was a bit ... irritated? Surprised? Shocked, I think might even be the right word. I never knew the thoracic spine was supposed to be able to move. *shame* *blush* I did a quick research and found that there actually are exercises to increase the mobility of the thoracic spine ...

So I thought that maybe I'm not the only ignorant person and you could (have someone) write an article about functional exercises and joint mobility etc. (Not that there isn't a lot of information out there anyway - but we do appreciate YOUR take on things!)
